Catch Them Before They’re Gone: Ned Vena and Jamie Kreher

Two very different exhibitions are up for only 2 more weeks and are very worth your time. Click the links to read my reviews on Temporary Art Review and get more information.  They both close April 7th, so catch them this weekend or next!

Ned Vena at White Flag Projects is a stunning solo show by New-York based Vena.  The artist has filled the gallery with steel doors, hinged directly onto the gallery walls, which he has utterly transformed through meticulous geometric application of black vinyl.

Jamie Kreher: Equivalents at Good Citizen gallery is a surpsingly interactive photography exhibition.  Instead of framed and mounted on the walls, Kreher has laid out hundreds of photographs she took exclusively with her iPhone onto tables for viewers to sift through and pick out their favorites – at only $4 a piece!
